Let's tell 'em WHERE WE PLAY!

Hello again, my PCers!

We have gained several new members since our party started.

I have found out from a few of them that Poker Crushers already have a good name and a rep as good poker players! Problem is that knowing how much you all already know about poker, they are a little bit intimidated and shy about posting to you!

So I was thinking -- since most of them are beginners, why don't we start creating new posts about which sites we play at and why we like those sites -- for their information. Because they don't know, and we can't expect them to know, anything about any of the poker sites.

You can several of you post about the same site because just like with the banners explanations, different individuals describe the same thing in very different ways.

These posts would be easier for them to find if we put them in the right categories on the forum page. Like Freeroll sites or Bonus sites or any of the very first categories listed on the Forum page (index) page.

A tip: Google and the other search engines will pick up on our forum IF: everytime you post about a site, put the NAME OF THE SITE as the very first words in the title of your post. It helps all of us too when we are looking for a place to learn more about.

And to tell the truth......we really need to be posting more about the poker sites out there. For example, when you look at the names of the posts at CC on the portal page over there, almost all of them are about a site to gamble at. And look at how much more money they bring in for a bigger budget than we have! (That's the main reason why!)

I have always shared everything I learn with you because as I have said over and over....this is YOUR forum. So it IS your business to know the inside secrets of how to make a forum like ours grow and prosper.

Just a suggestion, guys. But when I got to thinking about it, I think it is an important point. And I know for a fact that the new members really want to learn where to deposit their money. Which sites are fair and have good customer service and stuff. Remember when you first started? (If your memory is that good! tehee)

Okay, guys. Just sharing my thinking.

guru thats a great point as as you probablyknow i dont play poker much but i would like to play more especially nowl i know all the names on here as id like to play against them...and until now ive only really played poker online at ladbrokes but would like to try it in other sites that come recommended and others play at

I like to play at pokerstars and pitbull poker and pitbull have freerolls on the half hr every hr and I have hit the finals there quite a few times and probably pitbull is my favorite.....

Being from the USA our choices are getting slimmer but I also play at landshark and doyle poker.I basically play freerolls and occasionally win cash as I cannot figure out how to deposit being from usa and having quicktender.....

Char and all: There are more and more ways opening up to deposit and collect our winnings! Almost every poker site accepts MoneyBookers and most of them now accept credit card and debit cards. (They finally made it possible for us to use Visa, etc, by having it billed to a name that doesn't sound like a gambling site, but sounds like any other business, as it SHOULD be cosidered, with us having a choice where to spend our hard-earned money!
