League Tournament #3 Winners Announced!

Dear PCers,

Before I announce the winners of tonight's exciting league tournament....I thought for awhile that EVERYBODY was going to tie for the win!), I want to apologize again for Pitbull's ridiculous signup procedures that are keeping some of our members from playing.

The only thing Pitbull has done that I asked them to is to set up a connection whereby I could watch the play each week.

I sent them an email today, AGAIN asking them to send me a clear and understandable procedure to give to ALL my members that would allow them to take part.

They sent me half an answer.

I tried calling them. No answer for an hour. I already know Support knows NOTHING.

So I emailed them again for what I asked for the first time today, using some pretty choice words.

Still waiting for an answer. If I thought i could find somebody in charge, I would hop on a plane!

In the meantime, if anybody can remember how they joined our PUBLIC League, PLEASE POST to help others join you in play. Thank you.

NOW! This was one of the most exciting tournaments I have EVER witnessed, INCLUDING pro tournaments! Congratulations to all players! Almost all of you could have played no better!

The few who got knocked out early made only little and very common mistakes. The rest: SUPERB play, of which I am so proud!

Very SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINNER and new CHAMPION TheContendah! That was one tough field to defeat!

Battling for 2 hours was an excellent player and our first champion, Char1984.

Also in the money was our 3rd place winner, NotLOL.

Our bubble player, meaning just one short of the money, was Sable24X7, placing 4th.

Rounding out the top half of our field was #5 OnePercentAngel.

Mirrors34 and Wyciswyg played very good poker and finished as #6 and #7.

Linnie16 also hung in there a good while, coming in at #8.

Valeria was just a TINY bit too aggressive and finished #9.

And playing not up to his par, but facing some bad beats, was #10 Allight.

CONGRATULATIONS, TEAM!

Well done all poker crushers and contendah was a hard one to get to stop biting my chips lol.(always my final table mistake) hubby was reminding me why I always get defeated at the end and so I listen to just call it all in.Whoops I should have waited but was getting crappy hands and blinds were killing me to so way to go and good thinking contendah and way to go to all the poker Crushers very fun...

Poker Guru my question to you is did you see how contendah was biting at my chips at the end of tourney?Do you have any suggestions on that when you are getting bad hands as my hubby tells me im not aggressive enough but with bad cards its hard for me to be and I have taken 2nt place in tournaments sooooo many times but lost first due to what?no aggression or bad cards or trusting their bet and folding? Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks, everyone! Never thought I would win one like that one! What a tough win it was. No picnic for me for sure.

Allight ~ Thanks, buddy! Yessir, you are right. I may be royal, but I had to contendah my butt off for that win! I just concentrated on trying to hang onto every word our Guru has ever written, and it paid off.

Got a feeling you are gonna be primed for next week!

Yes I did I think sometimes my mail messes up as it was a few days after i saw it when I opened messages for lottery.Thanks for the pm and advice and gonna try it lol so I wont say what so watch out contendah lmao.
