ANNOUNCEMENT from PokerGuru about Ruth PM of July 11

My dear Poker Crushers,

If any of you received a PM today or before from Ruth99, please allow me time to check it out for you before you take any action.

I see part of my job as protecting you from any possible intended harm.

The PM may very well be legitimate, and if so, I will let you know ASAP and encourage you to act.

BUT if it is intended to entrap you into something you would not like or a threatened position, I will also advise you of that ASAP.

Be cautious and stay behind me on this one, please. Will follow it up, investigate it, and then report back to you very quickly I hope.

well i know it's legitimate but should someone be spamming ppl here ? i'm sure not going to play somewhere for $1 & $2 just to get a little $$ back, you'd have to win a lot to not lose $$ at those blinds

ya I got the pm.. and tested it out.. seems ligit.. and you can convert play money into real money.. that is kind of cool..

Well, Poker Crushers, everything seems to be okay with the deal in the PM you received. So you can make your minds up about whether or not to paticipate as individuals. It seems safe enough to me, providing you want to play at tables that have $1 & $2 blinds. That may be a little steep for most of you.

Remember when deciding how much to play for, a good general rule is not to play for anymore than you can afford to lose. Just in case!

So......that problem is solved and I wish good thinking powers to anyone who wants to give it a go!
