What does everyone think about this "different" version of poker? I think it's boring. And I do not agree with them when they say it's more skill than regular poker. I think the opposite - that luck plays a bigger part here than in regular. And the tourneys go sooooo slow, I can't stand 'em. And when playing one on one, with several other tables in the same session, it all depends on how your opponents are playing... you could do everything "right" and still lose because your opponent played crazy (or the other table's opponents).
I played a lot til I finally ran out of money, and when I did, it was because I was bored with it, and finally put my last $2 into a $2 QP and happened to lose that one. I had been staying basically even til then, for what seemed like forever, playing the .40 and .60 QP's.
Anyone else like it any better?

i don't care for it either.I have the $3 up to $8.40 but only play when I'm really bored. The last tournie I played I won all 5 heads up sessions.I played very aggressively[not my style] but it worked in those quicky tournies. |

After playing for 4 days I also agree... can be boring waiting for other tables to finish. And even if you have a nice bankroll you get kicked out of the full tourneys if your stack doesn't qualify you to go further which sucks because you don't get a second chance to build it up higher. So is an ok place to play when your bored. |
