well as i tell anyone what they want to know ive few secrets lol...but heres one...although some people would class me as cold hearted i actually do care for some things in life like poor wee animals and pets( hate some of the cruel things people do to pets)..i regularly donate to charities for sick animals etc tho wouldnt give to charities for humans

well emma i said i care for animals(except cats lol )...but if you are asking me if i stopped at the road and a lovely attractive lady was there all cold wet lonely and starving would i leave her there...ill let you work out if id just leave her there or not lol

I used to have horrible anxiety attacks _I mean I got dizzy, my heart rate went crazy, and couldnt breath - sometimes just driving would wig me out because I would be thinking about everything that could go wrong...I can be a terrible catastrophizer (I just made that word up) Two things really helped - when I felt myself starting to freak out, I would say this little mantra, "you're alright, girl" and secondly, some pretty simple meditation - just listening to my breath with my eyes closed or walking slowly saying, "I am making peaceful steps on the earth" in my head. I guess this may sound silly but it really helped...
