Holidays can cause depression, quest to be HUMBLE Crushers

Just a reminder that there are those with no presents today, and may be without warmth or food or.....

(and there are alot of people who) lost loved ones during the holidays and are sad today.

Depression ups the suicide rate, especially during holidays, and just asking "How Are You?" may even save a life.

I AM ASKING, HOW ARE YOU TODAY?

lol nothing wrong with here patti u know i luvs u all and this place is great...just had a really crepe xmas and sick to death off family...but such is life ill just get on with it way i always do lol...sorry for getting that off my chest lol

And here i thought i was the only one with family like that! LOL I love my family, but you get them all together there is bound to be some drama, and drama is one thing i can live without! I have enough of my own drama in my household so i don't need to bring in or create more drama with the rest of my family! lol

Great post though, somehow i missed this one, but hopefully everyone survived and made it through, and as long as you have friends in the cypber world, there is ALWAYS someone to talk to that will listen. Love It
