OUR (YEAR #4) TRADITIONAL HOLIDAY THREAD: OPEN DISCUSSION

IT IS NOT TO JUDGE, BUT FOR SUPPORT, AND TO LISTEN.

THIS TIME OF YEAR, IS ESPECIALLY HARD FOR MANY PEOPLE.
AND FEELINGS OF SADNESS CAN TURN INTO DESPAIR......

HOWEVER, TALKING HELPS AND SOMETIMES, WE FORGET THAT.

I AM ASKING............ "DO YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT?"

FOR ME....
MY FAMILY IS WHO I CHOOSE TO LOVE, AND YOU ARE MY FAMILY.

CRUSHERS ARE THEE BEST AT:
LIFTING YOU UP, SHOWING THEY CARE, LISTENING AND LOVING OR OFFERING PRAYER.......

This year, I'll be the first to post............

I miss my previous carefree life, and miss all of you too! I miss my mommy and this year has been full of change, too much if you ask me!

My dad has a new girlfriend, and I like her, but feel it's betraying my mom.
My sister has gone from crazy to totally nuts, and I've cut her out of my life. She doesn't stop calling, at least 3 times a week just proof she's out of her mind, but I continue to delete her messages before I listen at all! I wish she'd leave me alone, she never will, she should be locked away. My mom's last words to her were, "Shut-Up Robin!" That speaks volumes to everyone but her I guess.

I've been through a few jobs.....and don't know what to do with mom's things. I am going to try and decorate, but think I'll skip on the tree.
Worst of all.......
My daughter will not even be here for Christmas, so, hopefully I'll be working the day too. Crying or Very Sad

(Yes, I'm aware of all the blessings I've got, but this is how I feel anyway!)

Just lost my Dad six weeks ago. I came across this poem, might have been on C-C, don't recall. Other than author is "anonymous".
I think it is awesome. Doesn't really apply to this holiday thread, but wanted to share it anyway. Razz
