Hello again you wonderful people, I've missed you all so much.
I have a great affection for this place, and the people here. I must admit, being unable to visit, left an empty space that I couldn't fill.
I've recently split up with my partner after 20 years. She got the house and all it's contents, the kids, the new car, our bank account's and a great deal more besides. I'm no idiot though, I got the PC, the Internet connection and the Neteller account. With these three essential things, it doesn't matter that my new flat is unheated, unfurnished and so bare that it has its own unique echo. Ive no pots or pans, cups or plates, not even a knife or a fork, which is just as well, because I don't have any food either, but who cares, you cant play poker with cups and plates and pots and pans dont say half as many nice things as you lot do.
I can feel sunshine

My dear friend ALW!
I have a bit more to say to you than did our sweet rainbow.
First of all, this old Father Rooster has been missing one of his best and favorite chicks so much that I have made posts asking if anyone could find you!
I have been very concerned about you....and now I see it was with good reason.
Secondly, I am SOOOOOO glad to have you back.
Thirdly, it sounds like you might have been thru a bit of hell. I am so sorry, my friend.
I would like to ask you to PM me and let me know what I can do to help your situation. I mean that sincerely. I feel that with a wee bit more knowledge about you, which you can provide me in a PM, I am even willing, my scholar, to open my home to you for as long as you would be more comfortable here. You could repay me with just a bit of work around the place.
What say you, my friend?
Your caring

Welcome back!! I feel for you because I have been there and done that... twice. But it does get better eventually!! And with friends to talk to online saved my sanity a few times!
Hugs and hope to see you back in full force. |

My dear Valeria!
Now I know from whence comes all that "life experienced" wisdom that shines thru in your posts!
God bless you and may you be eternally happy, my child!

Thank You Valaria,
Being back online again and able to visit and post/reply on here has already made a difference. Whether I've been to work, out shopping or just generally busy, it is always something I will look forward to, and whenever I can, I usually do.
It's like coming in out of the cold to a lovely warm, open fire.
Thank you.
