Hey pcer's sorry I missed the game and other events Amber still in hospital and Todd and I have had the grandkids. It looks like for the next week or more so if I dwindle away I'll be back just means I have my hans full right now.

Amer has dbl puemonia and a raging infection of an unknown kind that began under her skin on her face and neck and attacked her sinus and optic nerve and was heading for her frontal lobe but doctors have no idea what kind of bacterium it is so they are trying different mixes of antibiotics till something works and several labs still due to come back she is in isolation and to visit her I had to have scrubs gloves booties and hair covered along with a mask. It was really surreal when they finally figured out I was Ambers voice they finally started telling me everything but for 2 days Amber wasn't able to tell them it was ok to talk to me since they have had her on morphine also but had to take her off for some test today so she asked for me. Thank God any way I will keep you all posted thanks for all the prayers and thoughts you all are the best (((hugs)))

AWE thanks Amber is slowly feeling better they got a good result from the second stab at antibiotics so fingers crossed. she is still far from coming home since her fever won't come down but she was more lucid today and some of the swelling is subsiding I have quit panicking I mean I love those grandkids to pieces but want mom to raise them so I can play with them way more fun. LOL

Oh good, that does sound much better hun. So happy to hear things are turning.

LOL- I cannot wait for my baby to give me that pleasure too!(Being called grandma by an actual child, not just her cat!!)

Update- Amber is still in hospital but out of the woods she is looking at 6 more weeks of antibiotics awaiting info about her right eye which had been swollen with infection, to see if possible surgery need? I am still unclear about why so I have to get back to you all about this anyway very busy lurking around forum mostly around midnight so I haven't seen may of you but will be back soon bye for now
