No TPFC events

This is the email I received.No team events in July and August.
Hello TPFC members, In July and August we will not be hosting any challenge events. I understand that during the summer months players like to go on vacation and spend time with their families. We will still have events for everyone the first three Saturdays of the month. This coming Saturday we will be having a $250 freeroll and a $1 buy-in with $100 added at Bodog poker July 5th then Carbon poker events on July 12th followed by Cake poker events on July 17th. The added prizes at Bodogwill be paid in tourney credits which can be used to buy-in to any of the tournaments Bodog has which will then turn into cash if you place. All the forums registered at TPFC can post these events they are open to all the forums that have teams. To view the information on these events please visit the forum. Thank you, Bower.

I don't think this is necessarily bad news because we, as individuals, can take part in these tournies.

But it is not good news for our team because we can't take on other forums and whip them with the PC name.

But these places, especially Bodog, are great poker sites.

I'm glad to have you as our team captain, Bower. You do a good job. Guru knew what he was doing when he appointed you! (But then, when DOESN'T he know what he is doing?) Even if he IS slow as molasses, which he freely admits! LOL!

Good thinking, everybody, until we can play as a team again soon.

I am going to become much more active over here, even if I have to sneak away from being RoyalCrush at CC. LMAO!
