Dear PC'ers, unfortunately we have had to disqualify one of the nominees from the HOF competition.

Staff received a pm from this person stating that they hadn't read the rules and they had asked a friend to vote for them.

Of course this makes everyone feel bad, the rules were set from the beginning of this contest and in all fairness to everyone they will be enforced.

What happened is very unfortunate and hopefully it won't happen again.

To make an unpleasant situation even worse we had a member post in the chat room last night during bingo at CC, to see what happened to go to PC and read about it. Of course everyone said "what?" then was told to "ask maw".

Win4maw had NOTHING to do with this and the person pointing the finger should get their facts straight BEFORE they even think any such thing nor should they have made it their business to say ANYTHING about it to anyone else!!! This was COMPLETELY inappropriate!!!

Maw I am very, very sorry about this, I realize how upset you are and I sincerely hope you accept my heart felt apology. I never expected such inappropriate behavior from a Crusher!!!

now this post has taking me by surprise rita as since i was not at bingo i really dont know what you are talking about but obviously something has been said to upset you as normally like myself you are so easy going, as for maw im sorry someone upset her last night as thats not on as she is one of the members with never a bad wors to say about anyone(im the one that bitches sometimes lol), anyway things never cease to amaze me but if this hof thing is causing some people to get upset is it really worths having it

okay call me stupid lol as im lost and i know its none of my business, having read above again and read through other posts im wondering whats happening, call me nosey lol but im wondering what happened at chat as ive not saw any posts anywhere stating anything including who got excluded so im wondering how it all came out at chat

Due to how unfortunate this situation is, we've been trying to figure out a proper way of stating the facts as to not cause any undo embarrassment etc for not reading the rules and having to be disqualified, we will be making a post soon about it.

I may of sounded harsh about what was said in chat, however, we are talking about ruining a very good members reputation, that had absolutely nothing to do with this situation and the comments were completely out of line. Those actions will not or ever be tolerated at any of the Crush sites.

Its not been a pleasant day/night for a lot of us and I'm in hopes we can have this sorted out asap.

I can't tell you how upset I am about this post, but it needed to be said. Please accept my apology for having to post it.
