I once had a friend who was always bragging about doubling his money at poker. But every time he lost a sizeable pot, he would throw a temper tantrum, upsetting everyone.
Finally I had to say something to him.
So I said, "Listen, friend, if you don't want to take any risks, then the safest way to double your money is to fold it over once and put it in your pocket."
