This could be some useful info for some, sometime:
http://www.homepokertourney.com/
How to host and run a no-limit Texas Hold'em poker tournament in your home.
This site assumes that you already have a basic knowledge of how to play Texas Hold'em. Click on How to Play if you need a quick refresher. There's a ton of information on this site but don't be intimidated! Running a poker tournament is quite easy and there is certainly no need to read this entire site. I've tried to cover all the bases so that when a problem does arise during your tournament, you will know how to handle it. Everything you really need to know is included on my Quick Start page.
Hosting a poker game in your home is a legal activity where I live. Make sure it is a legal activity in your neck of the woods before you host or participate in a poker game. No wagers are accepted on this site, which is for information purposes only. Use the information provided on this site at your own risk.
I hope you like this website. I consider it a pleasure and a privilege to have the opportunity to teach you a thing or two about hosting a poker tournament. Hopefully, one day, I'll have the opportunity to teach you a few more things about poker!
Good luck and ... shuffle up and deal! |
