Okay, poker cruhers, let's see how you do with this one. All correct answers are eligible to win 1000 PC points. Will draw from all correct posts.

In Texas No-Limit Hold'em, you are dealt hole cards. Pre-flop, you can't quite decide if they are good enough to stay or if maybe you should fold.

Should you:

A) fold immediately

or

B) Wait at least long enough to see if the flop ups your odds

Contest ends last of the month when others end.

Ok first of all could you describe the term "Hole Cards" for those less informed ROFL. I mean if you said you are dealt an Ace King or a 5-6 suited or whatever but I am not sure what you mean by the term hole cards..

When I start thinking about should I stay in or fold, I always fold, or that is what I should do.. lol

I would stay UNLESS..someone went all in then I would fold..but stay is my answer

Well im a gambler and would stay in to see flop....

But im sure correct answer would be ... when in question of your cards..

FOLD THEM.

FOLD them ASAP...If you have to think if the hole cards are good enough...then they sure as h*ll aren't playable... Very Happy

As you couldn't call a possible raise or re-raise with so-so cards anyway...Fold Very Happy

ok ok depending on my hole cards... I would stay to see the flop unless I had something like a 7 2 . I know I have a very bad probablem with waiting for the flop so I would probably wait for the flop.

But the correct answer I am pretty sure is if you hand isn't great .. fold LOL

If I am in the small blind with no raisers I would make a local call. If I am the big blind with no raisers I'm Chubby Checker. Any other position at the table I'm folding because I gave at the office.

welll depends on many factors, im thinkin, the answer would be to fold. though as i said many factors would run through my head...though in most cases i would wait to see the flop.
