It is such a good morning for announcing cash prizes to PCers that no other ado is necessary!

Therefore and hereby, I am very happy to proclaim the PC's Birthday Bash Contest #13 winner is notLOL.

Especially since she said it will take almost all PCers to lift the top of the cake up to its finalizing position!
